Our packages are commonly dispatched and processed for delivery within 48 hours after effective receipt of your payment.
Regardless the chosen shipping method, you will immediately be provided with a link and a tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

BBP stands behind the quality of its products. . Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, BBP remains committed to exchange it or refund you. You have seven (15) calendars days to return the underlying products as from the date of receipt.

Please be informed that returns must be sent by normal post office not by DHL, FEDEX or UPS and any cost triggered by the return of the products will be at your own expense.
At receipt of your returned product, our Customer Service Desk will notify you by e-mail of the effective reception . One of our Customer Service Desk operators will check the compliance status of the product and process your demand within approximately fifteen (15) business days.
Upon completion of your return or exchange, BBP will notify you. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment
