How do I make a purchase on blackboyplace.com ?

 

To make a purchase, you can click on the category or enter the information into the search box.

When you find something you like, sect a quantity and a size and click the ‘Add To Cart’ button

If at any stage you change your mind, you can delete the item from your cart by entering into the cart and click on the ‘cross.

Once you’re ready, follow through to the check out process.

 

Where do i enter promotionnal code?

 

Click on EDIT BAG before checking out.

 

Can i use promotional codes on sales item ?

 

No, promotional codes and sales are not stackable.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

 

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal as payment.

 

How do i get 20% Off on my second order ?

When you make your first purchase, you receive a promotional code in your order confirmation email.

You can use this code once.

It does not apply to sale items

 

Why do I need to have an account ?

International shipping ?

 

We ship worldwide. The shipping is free to all orders above €150

NOTE: Duties, taxes, and/or import fees imposed by customs are not included in the shipping expense. BBP is not responsible for any additional fees incurred throughout the shipment process.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

 

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it will be possible to change your order until the the order is not shipped.

 

How will my order be shipped?

 

Items will be sent using Colissimo (for France) and DHL (for the other countries) Please note that orders will be sent through the most suitable carrier according to the size, weight and destination.

 

Will you restock a product that is sold out ?

 

All products are limited in quantity and can sell out quickly. We rarely bring back old products.

 

When will i receive my order ?

 

Our packages are commonly dispatched and processed for delivery within 48 hours after effective receipt of your payment.  Delivery times vary depending on location. Shipments will be delivered within 1-5 business days.

 

I never received my order, what should i do ?

 

In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.

Our site is completely secure and you should have no concerns with safety. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection.

 

How can i tell if a BBP item is fake ?

 

If you have concerns whether a product you've purchased elsewhere is authentic, please send detailed photographs to customerservice@blackboyplace.com and someone will verify the authenticity as soon as possible.

 

How do I return an item?

If you find any problems with your item(s), please contact us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange:

Procedure:

1.Send an email to customerservice@blackboyplace.com mentioning the order number and the reason for your return.

2.Return products in their original condition and packaging, along with a copy of the invoice and a note highlighting the reason for return to the following address:

3.At receipt of your returned product, our Customer Service Desk will notify you by e-mail of the effective reception . One of our Customer Service Desk operators will check the compliance status of the product and process your demand within approximately fifteen (15) business days.

 

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?

In the case of faulty/incorrect/damaged items, the BBP will cover for the return shipping charges however if a return is made for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
